The instructor is through and makes the soap making doable and interesting.
Annie Kim

I love all of these classes every product we have made has come out very professional and top quality! Thank you for all your hard work on these classes!
Ashley and Gwendolyn Rocks

Shona is a very good instructor. She goes through each step thoroughly and if you still have any questions, answers you pretty quickly. All her soap making courses has helped with clarified a lot of things that books where confusing.
Zoe Reeves

The course was amazing. I learned so much about it, and I’ll keep going with Shona’s courses because she was clear, detailed and concise.
Fabrice MOUVEAU

Very detailed. I enrolled in other courses and I see the big difference in content. Thank you so much Shona for putting so much emphasis on safety protocols and explaining why a particular equipment must be used instead of another. I already knew this is the best course for soap making and I was right!
Camille

Shona is a very great instructor and informative in each class she teach. I enjoy her classes very much and I learn a lot from her as she explains everything and also provide resources to refer to for your understanding.

Frequently Asked Questions About the Course

Q. Will this course teach me how to make soap?

A. No. Soap making needs detailed explanation and is outside the scope of this course. If you are interested in learning how to make soap then I have a number of courses that will teach you how to make cold process, hot process, and melt and pour soap.

Q. Will I need special equipment to do this course, or will it be expensive to obtain?

A. No. In fact you probably already have everything you will need in your kitchen already! Anything else you might need can be bought cheaply in your local supermarket or dollar store.

Q. At the end of this course will I be able to make organic or vegan products?

A. Yes.

Q. Can I download the videos?

A. No, but you can stream them whenever you want.

Q. Will the course tell me about legal requirements for selling my products?

A. The legal requirements vary between countries and are updated periodically, so I am unable to advise on this. I would research cosmetic regulations in your country to find out what is applicable where you live.

Q. Can I measure my ingredients in ounces?

A. I would recommend buying a digital scale and measuring all your ingredients in grams, as that measurement is smaller, more accurate, and easier for calculating percentages.
