A. No. Cold process soap has a pH that is not good for your hair. These bars are made from shampoo ingredients with a hair-friendly pH to condition and nourish your hair.

Q. Can I measure my ingredients in ounces?

A. I would recommend buying a digital scale and measuring all your ingredients in grams, as that measurement is smaller, more accurate, and easier for calculating percentages.

Q. Are these bars expensive to make?

A. No. A shampoo bar will last a lot longer than a large bottle of salon shampoo and costs much less.

Q. Will I need special equipment?

A. Just basic kitchen equipment that you probably already have.

Q. Will I be stuck just copying your recipes, or will you teach me how to create my own?
