Please Read the Following for Important Information About Your Purchase…
Scenario 1
First of all, thank you, and welcome to Purebodycare!
As this is your first time with us we need to create an account for you to log into, and set a few things up. This all happens pretty much straight away and an email is sent to you containing all your login details, such as username and password, as well as instructions as to where to login.
However, even though this is sent out straight away it can sometimes take several minutes (or even longer) to reach you. Unfortunately there is nothing I can do about this as it’s all down to whatever email provider you use.
Typically though you can expect to receive a welcome email from me in about 10 minutes, along with a receipt etc. for your payment.
If the email is taking it’s time getting to you then it’s probably worth checking your Spam folder, just in case it’s ended up in there.
In the unlikely event you still haven’t got your email after an hour or so then please contact me and I’ll get the situation sorted out for you.
Scenario 2
Thank you for being a loyal customer!
If you have already bought from Purebodycare before then you will have been sent login details at the time of that purchase. To access the new course you just bought all you have to do is login, go to the members section, and your new course will be right there in the ‘My Courses’ tab.
If you haven’t logged in for a while and have forgotten your password then don’t worry! There is a link on the login page where you can request a new password to be sent to you.
